Manufacturing Our Thorotread®’s

Thorotread®’s are manufactured in a 120,000 square foot ISO 9001 certified facility near Wichita KS, U.S.A. This factory has produced medical grade cardiac testing treadmills for over 30 years. The fully integrated capabilities include engineering, fabrication, powder coating, assembly, testing, packaging, logistics and long term product support.

All Fitness Tools™ exercise machines are proudly made in the USA.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Fitness Tools™, LLC warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and or workmanship under normal use or service. If at any time a component part is defective, Fitness Tools™ shall repair or replace it (at Fitness Tools™ option) within a reasonable period of time. This warranty does not cover costs of special transportation of defective components.

This warranty shall not apply if the defect was caused by misuse or neglect.

Parts Warranty: Starting from the original date of purchase, all malfunctions of any component that occurs for the first three years of service. The non-moving structural frame is covered for the life of the product.

Labor Warranty: Labor to repair defective components shall be provided by an authorized THOROTREAD® service provider (at Fitness Tools™ option) for a period of three years starting with the original date of purchase. Labor cost after this three year period from original purchase shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

The sole responsibility of Fitness Tools™ shall be to repair or replace any defective component within the warranty terms. Fitness Tools™, indirectly, from any warranty expressed or implied or any other failure of this product.

Fitness Tools™, LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including any incidental or consequential damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from any warranty expressed or implied or any other failure of this product.
